Hints to guide you when ordering from our Madeira cake range
Our Madeira, Lemon & Chocolate cake bases are made using the same traditional, scratch recipe that we have used for over 40 years.
We bake to order. Madeira & Lemon is made at least 2-3 times weekly & the chocolate is baked once a week.
Therefore, we need a minimum of 4 working days notice to despatch orders. Orders can be placed in advance & collected or dispatched when required. This is preferable when ordering chocolate as this product is at it’s best when at least a week old.
If you are able to collect from the shop, the order will be ready a day sooner.
